Jasmin Warnock (b.2000)
Jasmin Warnock is a British Immigrant, raised in Mississippi currently living in Atlanta.Growing up in the deep south, the environments in which she has lived have heavily impacted her work as a biracial black queer woman. She uses her work and printmaking as a vessel, in order to portray the process of grappling with her identity. This portrayal seeks to also foster connection with others with similar experiences. As a graduate of Georgia State University, Jasmin studied Marketing and minored in Art with experience working within the digital and art marketing spheres as well as arts administration. She recently assisted the 8-week Relief concentration in Printmaking at Penland School of Craft. She is currently an Emerging Artist resident at Atlanta Printmakers Studio.
